How do I write a good SEO Content Block

A good landing page content block contains the major keyword and variations of the keyword (“running shoes” and “jogging shoes” are variations of the same keyword) and evidences relationships to other landing pages. Important keywords are contained in the title (H1 or H2) and supported by one or multiple content paragraphs. An SEO Block should be at least 150 but no longer than 250 words long containing one deep link / relation to another page of your website per paragraph, but not more than 6 in total.

Example (primary keywords in red, secondary keywords in green)
H = Title, P = Paragraph
